DirecTV Player Stops Loading at 85% on Mac

I've tried two different browsers.

I've deleted and re-installed the player.

I've cleared cache.

Software on MacBook Pro is updated.

Still stuck at 85% and won't finish loading.

Suggestions?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the DIRECTV Video Player, try these steps and let us know how it goes: 



1. Sign out of your DIRECTV account
2. Restart the computer.
3. Sign back in to your account and try again.
