Those are separate TV providers.

DirecTV - Satellite service. Can watch some content on the website. Their app is for viewing only on mobile devices (smart phone and tablet), not on a TV device or streamed to a TV.

DIRECTV STREAM - This is a streaming-only service, formally called AT&T TV or originally DIRECTV NOW. You need a streaming device such as their proprietary box, a Roku, or even a "smart TV" app (that last option not suggested per issues).

Other than being under the AT&T umbrella, the two TV services have nothing to do with each other.

When I was canceling my satellite service earlier tonight, Directv offered me the chance to switch to Directv stream so I could get Klowdtv to watch OAN.  Since I was already subscribing to Klowdtv, I declined but others may want to consider it.
