duplicate channels

I gave up and created a favorite channels list. Let me know if you get them to fix it. 

This is happening with GUIDE for certain channels as the IT have software placing two feeds for certain networks when in actuality only one is viewed.  Makes it hard when looking online to help my parents pick a movie.  I have reported this for months and they don't seem to want to tell IT about it.  Probably simple removal of code in the software that populates the GUIDE.  There are some time zones such as mountain time and other exceptions but my parents are in DALLAS area which is CST Central Standard Time Zone and a large area so you would think DIRECTV could ensure only putting those network programming into the guide but somehow there are some duplicates.  It shows two 245 and two 247 as an example showing different shows so I have had to call and ask my parents what they are seeing on their TV so I can just try to ignore the duplicate as the programming is incorrect and they only have one of each network.  CRAZY

DTV like most TV providers buy the guide from a third party so can't do anything about multiple channels.
