Eirac1 Error with DirecTV App
I keep getting an Eirac1 error when trying to use our direcTV app. This just started happening today and we use this app almost everyday. We have updated the IOS software and we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Are there any other suggestions you can provide to fix this issue.

It’s happening to everyone and likely not something you can fix. Hopefully the appropriate folks are aware and working on a fix but since this forum is not customer support, not likely we’ll get a response here.

Apparently somebody let a server certificate expire. Somebody should be in a lot of trouble for letting that happen.
