What error does that mean? I’ve tried looking up that error and it doesn’t come up as anything. More info would also help. What exact business do you have? (I.e. bar, hospital) Did the app ever work before?
You may try contacting DIRECTV for Business (800-388-2505) and saying ‘sign-in help’ to the agent to be sent to a DTV for BUSINESS agent that can help.
