Episodes Mislabeled - Air Disasters, Smithsonian Channel

Anybody have trouble with a channel mislabeling episodes? This year, the new season (Season 17) of Air Disasters on the Smithsonian Channel has all episodes labeled as 17.1, "Holding Pattern".  The result of this is that the DVR doesn't recognize that new episodes are airing, so they all get missed.  Also, none of the new episodes is available On Demand either.

Don't know if this is a problem on DirecTV's side or the Smithsonian Channel's, but it would be great if somebody could look into this.
