Fox News not broadcasting
I pay you for a service. I'm under contract for that service. That means "you too," are under contract to me to provide that service. Why am I getting a msg, "blocked due to restrictions" for a Channel I have had since I subscribed for your service? Fox News is not showing on my phone which is where I have watched my news since I have had this service. Now you black it out? Is this some (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines). you guys are playing? I pay for a service, I expect to get that service or you can cancel my contract with you.

Sorry, we cannot help you here with cancelation as we are all just customers like you.
But as for your Fox News Directv has not removed fox news. Do you have any parental controls set up? What Directv App are you using? Are you using the old DirectvGo App or the new app? Because a lot of Directv Sat. Customers are having issues with the new app? You could always use Fox News Go! Plus if you are under contract with Directv you would have to pay $20x's any remaining months of your contract if you were to cancel.

@teetertotter Channel 1360 is Fox New OnDemand! I could be wrong but I think they were trying to stream Fox News live on their phone through one of the Directv Apps!

DirecTV is service by satellite. That is what you pay for. Streaming perks on a phone are secondary. The networks have full control for permissions of streaming content.
If by chance you are using the new combined DirecTV and DIRECTV STREAM app, I would uninstall it and go back to the classic app for DirecTV by itself. The new one is still a bit buggy.
DirecTV is not under contract to provide you any specific content guaranteed. They provide you service by satellite. The programming is subject to change, including any streaming options. If you want to cancel, you must call DirecTV to do so. However, be aware that if you are under a service agreement than an Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) would be completely valid per the Terms of Service.

DirecTV is not playing at anything. You apparently do not understand how the rules work and what they are actually obligated to provide.
