GameSearch launches inappropriately
GameSearch launches during a local news program and blocks out the program. It has nothing to do with a blacked out game. Switching channels and back to original allows us to watch the program but the problem occurs within minutes. This problem occurs with several local channels. Resetting the DIRECTV receiver didn't help. I searched the Forum but have not found an answer. Thanks.

yes, that's the atlanta DMA so those are the correct locals.
You say the same problem exists with both the HD and SD locals. That points to some sort of SWM issue although as I said it's very obscure. You could try replacing the LNB, and maybe the power inserter. You do have a power inserter, yes?

Actually I can't find the power inserter. There is a lot of hardware, including an amplifier and a multisplitter. I think some of it may be left over from another system. At this point, I'm going to try to make an appointment for a service call. Thanks, TexasBrit and Detuch254.

I actually have espn and sec on my direct television package deal . Can view on my iPad however this takes place on iPhone 12 . No issues with other apps. When I visit select an sec+ game it takes me to a select provider page.
