Having problems watching Newsmax live on my phone and tablet, I can only watch on my TV.
Unable to watch Newsmax live TV on my smart phone and tablet, can only watch on home TV. The Newsmax channel is missing from my guide and favorite lists. Is there a way to add the missing channel to the watch on phone/tablet list?
Newsmax is included in my DirecTV package.

Have you tried to reset or refresh your service and receivers? This might help you to update the information of your channel lineup.
In case the situation persists, please share with us whether you are get an error code or message on your TV Screen/mobile devices.

Yes , we've done reset and refresh and it did not correct the problem. Any other suggestions?

No error message.
I can get the Newsmax channel on TV screen alright. But the issue is only when I try to watch on my phone/tablet. Not listed in the watch list.
