I called the number and it gave me a recording and had to leave a voice message. The message said you would assist me but can not get through. Why would you falsely direct me to that number and not assist as you said you would
@kqh5002 , DianeA_tech42 is an ID used by someone who is misrepresenting themselves as a valid support channel. They are not. If someone calls you back from that message, you should immediately hang up. Any information you left in that message has been given to someone who probably should not have it.
