How do I edit the lineup on the News Mix Ch 200? I want to delete BBC and add NEWSMAX?

How do I edit the lineup on the News Mix Ch 200?  I want to delete BBC and add NEWSMAX on Ch 200? 

Secondly, there must be a way to ADD extra news feeds so that you can see Six or Eight different channels instead of simply Four?
