I can't watch direct on my computer or phone.

I had direct satellite put in today.  I go to my phone and computer and they both say I don't have what I choose in my subscription?  Also can I watch live tv on either?  It sys I can yet I seem to not be able to.  Very frustrating.

It takes a day or 2 for all the guide info and everything else to download from both the  sat and internet.

It is satellite service, but the name is DirecTV, not Direct Satellite.

Some access requires verifying the receiver is connected to the internet with full authorizations. Downloading everything from the satellites the first time is usually completed within about 24 hours (though not unheard of to take a little longer).

Also not everything on your satellite service is available online. That is another way to access On Demand content, but it is managed by the networks on what exactly they allow in their online libraries.
