I cant watch the reds
I haven't been able to watch reds for 2 weeks whats going on i was able to watch the games at start on reds.tv at the start of the season do I need to buy the subscription or do I need to restart my device which I tried it saids I need to press this button - i cant find it on my remote or I need to call customer service and get this resolved once and for all

What channel are you trying to watch them on?
Some info in case it might not be simply a technical glitch:
If game is in-season but out-of-market, than you need MLB Extra Innings.
In-market than on your Regional Sports Network (RSN). Must be in Choice or higher, or if on a lower package having the Sports Pack add-on.
Check to see if a local channel picked up rights to any games. You watch it there instead of RSN (even if DirecTV doesn't have that exact local for you).
If a weekend game, MLB has special rights for Saturday/Sunday games.
MLB also sold of rights to some games to Apple TV (7 year deal starting 2022), and this year an agreement with NBC Universal/Peacock (3 year deal). This makes MLB the most complicated on watching options (in my opinion) at this time.

So I have reseted the receiver and restarted ive done anything but log out but my dad is logged in to the same thing do I need to log him out or do I need to log out myself and log back in I wanna watch the reds without any issues

Receivers don't have user logins.
Are you a satellite or stream-only customer?
Even if satellite, are you trying to stream on app or website?
What device are you trying to watch on?
What happens when you try to watch?

I have been trying for 4 weeks to fix the reds channel and I can't watch it because it saids i need to upgrade well I have restarted the receiver try a cold reset ive tried everything to fix this issue do I need to call a professional to fix it or do u guys got any other ideas
