Sorry, unfortunately DIRECTV does not offer ION+ as one of their add-ons.
According to their website, the only way to watch ION Plus is via a Samsung TV or Vizio TV. The ways to watch it are very limited.

Ion+ is a streaming service so you need a streaming device connected to the TV or their app on a TV.

You cannot add another service like ION Plus, Disney Plus, etc. to DirecTV.
DirecTV is a dedicated satellite TV service.
A streaming device like a Roku, Firestick, or some "smart" TVs, allow you to add apps from different providers since they are not a provide themselves, just the equipment.
