@ftlmom just to confirm, you are manually pressing "265" on the keypad of the DIRECTV remote, correct? When you do, what error code shows? If no error code shows and the receiver simply rejects the channel number by saying "Channel not Available" then you should try resetting the receiver with its red reset button on the front where it says "PRESS" or the side by the access card for the HR54 series.
DTV moved some channels to different packages, there was a way to opt back into having it put back into your package but unknown if it is still offered.
