I don't believe that's possible. All you can do via the PC is watch the recordings if you are in your home network. What is your receiver model? You'll need to manually manage the recordings on the actual receiver.

You manage recordings from the DVR itself, not the computer.

All you can do is log into your account to schedule recording. DTV doesn't have an app to watch programs on the DVR with a laptop/PC.
