Missing channels
My husband passed two months ago and I called to change a few things in order to have lower bills. I changed to the Entertainment bundle and I’m missing channels 265 and 269 which the list says I should be getting, what should I do? My husband handled all this, I’m lost in more ways than one here. Please help me.

@OmaCathy sorry for your loss. This is happening because every DIRECTV customer was called upon some months ago to opt in to continue receiving these channels free of charge. Unfortunately, that time has now passed and you can no longer opt-in online. Your best bet is to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and ask for the billing department so that they can take a look at what options are available for you to now receive these channels. Although you may have to pay a fee for these extra channels, try to give the agent the idea that you will be canceling if you cannot get the channels.
You also may need to call in order to get the account transferred to your name. DIRECTV is strict with account ownership and will not allow another person to make any major changes to the account without the presence of the account holder. Let support know that your husband passed away and you are now here to have the account transferred over. Once it is transferred, you can follow my instructions.

I do see here that you asked this question in another post and Juniper was kind enough to give you an answer. Please be sure to follow his instruction as well.
