MLB Extra Innings not validating for MLB.TV
We have the MLB Extra Innings package, and we have had it for many years. Usually, you go to MLB.tV and sign in through DirecTV and it allows you to use the package on the MLB app and on your computer. When I try this, though, it says "We were unable to verify your subscription access with DIRECTV. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your provider's customer support." It also gives me the Customer Service Code: VALIDATE_INVALID User Not Entitled For Adobe Resource [ADOBE_MLBTV]. What should I do? I contacted customer support and they had no idea.

I have been having the same issue, even called them yesterday, talked to various people for over TWO HOURS, explaining this exact issue, and got nowhere, finally they said it should be fine tomorrow for Opening Day, well here we are, 45 minutes before first pitch and STILL THE SAME ISSUE. DIRECTV is the WORST!!! When NFL Sunday Ticket leaves in two years, there will be such a mass exodus it will hilarious.

It is a problem on their end and they’re not bright enough to a) realize it and b) fix it. They had the exact same thing with the nhl package and they’ve done nothing to correct it.
