This is a customer to customer forum you need to contact DTV, but probably not.

MLB Extra Innings covers your account, not an individual TV. So all your TVs on the service should be able to watch the games.
If you meant transferring from your DirecTV account to another one, that you cannot do. Services are not transferable between accounts.
