Cannot access any of the the MLB out of network games.

I was told that there was a glitch because of the late start to the season so my MLB extra innings was deactivated. I had to call in to get it reactivated.
I would recommend contacting them through the chat feature on the directv website. When I called in, it took over an hour to talk to a representative.
