MLB

Is anyone else not able to access the MLB channels?  We have been long time subscribers to Directv and the MLB package.  Of course Directv's horrendous customer service is of no help.  We did reset our receiver but that did not work.  Thanks

I'm also an MLB extra innings subscriber and having the same problem.  

Reset the receiver per their automated instructions, called help per instructions, waited, then told to call during business hours. 

Terrible.

I'm having the same issue, receiver reset didn't work and can't get anyone to help on the phone either. If there's a fix would love to hear it. Very frustrating

Same here.  MLB Extra Innings subscriber, yet Error code 721 on all MLB channels and on all receivers throughout home.  Refreshed signals and reset boxes, not fixed.  Called customer service and was on hold for half hour before giving up.

Yes, my MLB channels are now working.  I exchanged chat messages with a Directv Community Specialist who said he refreshed my service on his end.
