NBA League Pass

I purchased the NBA League Pass on Monday and have not been able to view any basketball games.  Turned the TV on and off and also refreshed the receiver and still nothing.  Checked my account and it states NBA League pass as an ADD ON.  What do I do next?????

What on-screen message do you see when tuning to an NBA League Pass channel?

It states that the NBA League pass is not on my account.  I pulled up my account and it is there plus my credit card shows I paid for it.

Then you'll need to call DirecTV. Looks like your account subscription hasn't been properly updated. Usually refreshing your equipment subscription authorization will fix that .... www.directv.com/refresh
