Nfl Sunday ticket help. (Address ineligible)

I have the same issue. Been told twice that an email would be sent with a link that will work....nothing sent yet. I think they are saying it to get me off the phone.

Your address has to be marked as nlos (no line of sight) and the only way to get that done is to schedule an appointment and have the tech mark the work order as nlos,  then the order itself (sales order ) also has to be cancelled as nlos.

OTARD prevents landlords/HOAs from preventing a dish install in places under your exclusive control like a patio/balcony so that is why apts are not automatically added to the list.

If they had a dish they don't need the streaming service.

Maybe I'm not saying this right.. I'm in an apartment complex that does not allow a dish on the apartments. So the dish option is impossible. But the website still says my address is ineligible. I've called before and they said they were going to manually input my address and I should be able to order in 24 hours.. That did not work. I tried calling again and the service rep said he was going to transfer me and they hung up.

In other words, if you have a space under your control where you could install a dish, your apartment can’t deny that. If no such space exists, that’s why you need an installer to mark your address as “no line of sight”.

Landlords/HOAs can only prevent damage to their properties so DTV uses a sled mount for patios/balconies.

So they eventually sent me an email to sign up for the nfl streaming option. I appreciate everyone’s input
