NFLSundayTicket won't show Chicago Bears game in Nashville

NFL Sunday Ticket? Moving to DirecTV forum.

To restate, because I think this detail was missed when responding - I specifically received an email from NFLSUNDAYTICKET stating that the pre season games were available and a schedule for Saturday's line up was included. I tuned in at the start time of the Bears/Browns game and there was a black screen when I selected that game. Other Saturday games were playing just fine, although the Titans game was having some video difficulties. I tried several times to go out and come back into the appropriate screen for the Bears game, but I was not able to access it until late in the 4th quarter. This was quite frustrating as I had planned my day around being able to watch a game that was advertised as being available with my subscription. I hope this does not happen often as this service clearly won't be worth it.

The NFL Sunday Ticket has only been for Sunday games in-season.

Pre-season games are either open on national channels or on your locals depending on the game. If pre-season games are showing up on the Sunday Ticket channels (700s) then something new is going on.

Remember professional games are still subject to blackouts.

I should also state that I do not have DirecTv as my provider. NFLSUNDAYTICKET is subscribed to through their Roku app so I may still be in the wrong forum. The game was not marked out as a blackout as others were. 

If you don't have DirecTV, then I take it you have the limited streaming version for University Students or those who are incapable of getting DirecTV.

That doesn't have its own section of the forum unfortunately.
