How would we know? We have no idea what games you aren’t getting or why. Could be due to blackout rules or could be something else. With so many different streaming options now, perhaps the games you aren’t getting simply aren’t available to Center Ice. You ask a way to general question that can’t be answered.
I pay for NHL ice,,, but can’t get all the games. Why?!?!!!
NHL Center Ice only provides you out of market games during the season. If any games are in-market, then you watch on either the appropriate Regional Sports Network (RSN) for where you live, or one of your locals if they got the rights to a specific game and you are in that viewing area.
That would be why you don't get ALL the NHL Games with the Center Ice. You still deal with local/regional blackout rules.
Don't know if that applies to the specific games you tried to watch as you gave absolutely no details.

What happened when you tried to watch? (error message, other symptoms, etc.)
