No outage, otherwise the forum would be flooded about it.
If it just says "No Signal", then that is from your TV set and not the DirecTV service. So a few things to check to find where the problem is.
Make sure your TV is on the correct input/source.
Check the cable from DirecTV to the TV is secure on both ends.
Verify DirecTV box is powering on.
If using a 'smart' power strip, try using a regular surge protector (or plugged directly to outlet). Sometimes this doesn't register correctly with DirecTV setups causing related issues.
