Not getting good signal on transponder 98 and 103. Transponder 101 at 92%
installed new AU9-SL3-SWM 3LNB ka/ku slimline dish. Transponder 101 is at 92%, transponder 98 is at 21%, and transponder 103 is at 0%. What could be the problem. ZIP code where install is at is 60090. Thanks for the help!

If you mean the 101 satellite is at 92%. that tells you nothing. You need to look at the individual transponders on sat 101. They should mstly be in the high 90s or even 100. UYour dish is simply not aligned. Until you get 101 aligned you won't get decent signals on 99 (not 98) and 103. If you have never aligned a dish before you need to get direcTV in on a service call.
