On demand issues

I’ve searched for a missed episode or recorded episodes lately & clicked watch now and nothing happens. It goes through prepare for playback then nothing. Just comes back to channel I was on.

In addition, when I search and click watch now, it will be listed as pending download.

@mehlbaum please be sure that your receiver is connected to the internet by clicking the DASH button on your remote while watching Live TV. After a few seconds, this will show if the receiver is connected to the Internet. Also, try refreshing your receiver online to give it the latest authorizations. The link to do so is directv.com/refresh
