On demand

I have HR 24 and it used to play on demand now I can't I was have to watch one on demand program now nothing.  Yes I have internet connected yes I have reset everything many times

What exactly happens when you try to view an OnDemand channel? Error message? Symptoms?

If you have “reset everything many times”, you have probably flushed all of the on demand guide information. Presuming your internet connection is working, you need to wait 24-48 hours for on demand to become available again.

It says can't play on demand at this time but directv is working on the issue but they say nothing is wrong for them to work on it. It's been saying that for 2 months now

I recall that was error code 927? What other receiver models do you have? How is the HR24 connected to the Internet?

What are the models of all your boxes?

When you try to watch On Demand, what happens? (symptoms, error messager, etc.)

Do all your boxes have the problem?

How are your boxes connected to internet?

Do you have SWM, or even Whole Home DVR?

What type of internet do you have? (cable, DSL, fiber, hotspot, etc.)

Subscribed max/up-to speed and what speed do you receive on average?

Any other problems?

WE HAVE GENIE MINI IN OTHER ROOMS AND DVR GENIE NEW ONE WE DONT SHARE IM CONNECTED WIRELESS AND I HAVE THE FASTEST SPEED COMCAST OFFERS NO SWIM DO I NEED SWIM AGAIN THE INSTALLER SAID NO WE AQRE ALSO ON OUR OWN SEPERATE DISH BUT ONE ACCOUNT. IF THAT MAKES SENSE

no just my box has this problem and it says can not play on demand at this time direct tv is aware of issue and working on it that was 2 months ago  and directv says no issue on there end

You have to have a SWM system for the Genie to work. You stated you have an HR24, the HR24 doesn't have WiFi built in so do you have the CCKW connected?

Your ALL CAPS post is very confusing and has some contradictions.

You do share. The Mini Genie Clients are extensions of the main Genie. They cannot work without the main box. It also serves as the internet connection for all your boxes.

NO SWIM DO I NEED SWIM AGAIN

You do have SWM as the Genie is SWM-only. It only works on Single Wire Multiswitch.

Sorry but "fastest" is not a number. And what you are subscribed to is only a theoretical max/up-to speed, not a guaranteed constant. That is why I asked what your average, what you normally experience is.

AQRE ALSO ON OUR OWN SEPERATE DISH BUT ONE ACCOUNT.

Are you saying you have one account with 2 dishes (such as for a detached garage with a dedicated receiver)? If instead you mean two separate residences/homes, that could be part of the problem as DirecTV is not built or authorized for account sharing.
