I spoke with Paramount+ Support today and they said since I had already purchased a separate subscription that is due to expire I need to wait for it to expire even though I cancelled it and then I should be able to log in with my Direct TV credentials.

https://www.paramountplus.com/link Try going to this link to see Paramount partners. If you are paying for Showtime on your Direct Tv plan, you should be able to sign in to PP with your Direct TV credentials.

It says I already have and account under the email I used for DTV and to log in but when I do it sends me to setup an account that says I have an account. Waiting on chat with Paramount.

They are deleting my email from the system and I need to wait for an email when it is done. Then try to do it again.

Sorry, Shannon. Seems there is an issue if you have the same login credentials from paramount prior to being merged.
Sharing information from other platforms with our responses:
You can go to Paramountplus.com/Link and select DIRECTV, create an account and start enjoying all the entertainment offered.
We're aware of an issue linking existing/past Paramount+ accounts. To resolve this issue, you can cancel your current Paramount+ account and register with a different email address or wait for your subscription to expire and link your account.
Sounds like you have some folks maybe trying to scrub out a previous login for you. Hoping you get positive results soon.

Additionally hearing if you had a CBS all access account at one time, it would impact the linking as well

Directv is now listed as a partner, but I’m getting this message when trying to log into paramount plus when using DTV as the partner… “Sorry! Your provider subscription package doesn't include access to Paramount”… it doesn’t give me an option to create an acct… I subscribe to showtime w/ directv. … I have gone thru trouble shooting w/ DTV.. they even transferred me to a TL and has no idea why this is occurring.. pls advise
