Remotes don't have "OK". That is an option on the screen that you SELECT. And that is if your box is internet connected as that is where it is getting the alternate feed.
@Juniper is right, @Primo. To turn on SignalSaver using your RC73 remote, please press "SELECT" instead of "OK" to enable it. Thanks for choosing DIRECTV. Kim, DIRECTV Community Specialist
It's in the middle of the directional pad and the button was labeled "SELECT." Can you share a picture of your remote with us? Kim, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Absolutely! The instructions should include OK/Select as it varies by remote. We'll forward your feedback to the appropriate team to determine the next steps. Thanks for pointing this out. Kim, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Kim,
Would it be much simpler to change OK in your instructions to SELECT for those of us who follow instructions?

Is it not saying "OK" on the screen, so like a menu option to select? If it is not, then that needs to be reformatted to be more precise.
Though the Gemini (C71KW)'s remote does have "OK" on it.
