Request for addition of El Trece Internacional to DirecTV
In 2024, I've requested at this forum the addition of the channel El Trece Internacional to DirecTV Spanish-language programming lineup in the United States. It's the international version of LS85 TV Channel 13 (El Trece) from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Two years later, the channel is still not added to DirecTV Spanish programming packages. Are there any plans to add El Trece Internacional to DirecTV Spanish programming offer?

Historically, DirecTV only announces channels once they are acquired and are preparing for launch. They don't discuss any possible negotiations leading up to that point.
With AT&T having sold off DirecTV, and they have been building their streaming-only model alongside their satellite service, most likely another international channel is of low priority for them. Not impossible for them to get it, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
If that channel is heavily desired for you, then you will need to seek other options to watch it.
