Says I don’t have the channel to get into the app but I do

I have a full package DIRECTV for my house. I have been able to log into the different channel apps with my DIRECTV login on my iOS devices for years. My package has not changed. It not says I do not have that channel in my package but I do. I can turn on TLC on my TV - works fine. Grab my phone to watch on the app and it gives me the message that the channel isn’t in my package.

Are you using the latest DIRECTV app available on the App Store? What current programming package do you have? Have you tried reinstalling the app and logging in again?

I am having the same problem. I have the Ultimate package on my TV but most channels will not stream on my Ipad or Roku devices. Help. I have spent hours on the phone with support. They have no idea.

What do you mean by ‘most’ channels? Give me an idea of which ones you aren’t receiving. That way, I can verify whether it is a physical device issue.

Those should definitely be showing up in the app. Have you tried reinstalling it and putting in your credentials again? And you do have DIRECTV SATELLITE service?

I reinstalled the app 10 times and logged back in 20 other times.

Yes my Satellite service was installed last Saturday. Those channels work on Satellite but not on Ipad, Roku or PC.

@detuch254  TLC, ID, Discovery are the latest I’ve been having problems with. They are in my package. I have DIRECTV satellite. I have always logged into the apps and connected with my provider credentials and these used to work and now they don’t.
