Signal disruption

Should wind gust 20-30 mph affect signal?

Maybe. Near trees? Loose dish mount? Loose satellite coax cable?

What error code are you receiving? If you have

more than one receiver, does this same behavior happen on multiple as well?

Wind gusts can affect signal, but it cannot cause a complete drop-out. That would suggest a poorly aimed dish, bad cabling, or bad LNB.

No trees.  The signal gets distorted just like during heavy rain.  It seems more like something loose.   I’ll call service to look at it.  Thanks for the info!
