“Sorry for the interruption, we’re addressing the problem ASAP”

I bought direct tv SOLEY to watch NFL… Sunday pass doesn’t work. Keep getting the error message above. Found several help forums all with the same useless docu linked about clearing the cache, checking internet connection etc. I’ve tried it all… it’s a direct tv problem and its bullsh*t. Fix it!!!

@funky1  I am not saying that it is a normal occurrence I am saying that it happens no matter what the provider you will see issues.  Even cable and satellite providers have issues at times.  And the reason you do not see those same issues with services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ is that their content is already loaded it is available for viewing at any time.  When you have live streaming there are lots of ways issues can arise.  Since I have had Direct Stream I have had the occasional issue but nothing that would disrupt my viewing enjoyment.  It can be a pain when a channel I want to watch is down but I can always find something else to watch until it comes back in and if affects something that I am recording most of the shows I watch I can usually find it on demand. So all in all I would say it is a pretty good streaming service and I am happy with it for me, it has been more reliable and has more benefits than the other services that are out there.
