if I get the comcastsports Boston channel, will the Celtics games not featured on national tv (tnt,nba tv, ESPN) be blacked out?

If you are in-market, you watch on the Regional Sports Network (RSN). If one of your local channels has rights to a specific game, you watch it there instead (even if DirecTV doesn't carry that exact local where you live).

Looks like NBC Sports Boston which has the Celtics is in-market for you. I belive that is what you meant by "comcastsports Boston".
