Subscribed channels unavailable

I'd like to know if anyone else has had the same problems I experienced yesterday,

TNT 245 & TNT-W 245-1, which are in my DirectvTV package, were greyed out In my channel guide, just as they would be if I had selected any channel that was not in my DirectvTV package in my "favorites" to be in my channel guide.

Any attempt to record or watch was greeted with a 721 error:  "Receiver is not set for this channel" (or something to that effect)

I scrolled the channel guide thru next several days, but same thing, again the channels were not available.

However, today, they are working normally. 

No real explanation from Tech Support.
