surging volume
All QVC channels (70, 76, 79, 317, 318) have surging volume every 10 seconds from low to loud. Tried reset but it didn't work. Reported it to tech support 6 weeks ago but no word on a fix yet.

You have to file a complaint to the FCC about QVC violating the Calm act. DTV has no control over what a channel sends them.
