What troubleshooting have you tried?
What DVR/Receiver model number?

I unplugged and shut down for a while, rebooted. Several times.
I was just trying to find the model number for you and noticed the signal went blank. So, I tightened the coax (which I had never touched) and I'll monitor to see if that was the problem.

Model numbers are behind the access card door, on the side near the access card or on the bottom.

Well, it seems it might have been the HDMI cable. Tightened it up and haven't noticed lately, but I've been kind of busy rather than watching continuously as I was. :-)

Actually, it comes and goes. Did it all week and now doesn't seem to be.

HR 54 500. It came back, pixelating or sound dropping off at least every 10 minutes or so. Not often enough to set on the phone with support and wait, then wait to see if it fixed it and have to call back and do it over.
