TV Guide problems

After the msg of 920 on my screen I did what was suggested a few times but still no luck. Trying to get in touch with Customer Service or Chat is a real pain!!! Can't record any programs anymore without the Guide!!. So annoying.

What’s the receiver model? Have you tried a red button reset of the receiver (front where it says ‘PUSH’ or right side for HR54 series) ? Error code 920 indicates missing Guide information due to loss of satellite signal. Your satellite dish may be out of alignment, the coax cable may be loose, etc.
