TV Stuck on channel 9981
My tv is stuck on channel 9981 and says it's recording Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere. No one in this house purchased this and the screen is black, so it's not even showing.
Also, the tv has been randomly showing a splash screen and I have to hit the select button to get back to what I was watching.
How do I get this tv off of 9981? I've looked through our purchase/rentals and this show is listed nowhere.

Recording and purchasing are separate things. Somebody may have accidently hit record on it, but since not purchased it records a blank scree or purchase screen.
First try a red button reset. If this is a Client, do the reset on the main box (as that has the tuners that manage the recordings).
I would go then go into Manage Recordings. You should be able change channels unless all tuners are in use. So best to check there are no recordings to cleanup to avoid issues in the future.
