Upgrade Video Player - An Impossible Ask

I've downloaded the VideoGuard 13.0 file repeatedly.  I've installed it repeatedly.  I've closed my browser.  Installed a different browser which definitely has a clear cache.  Not sure what else I can do -- I keep getting the error message that I need to upgrade the DirecTV player but that never helps.  And when I click on the Detailed Instructions hyperlink on the download page, I get redirected to a 404 page -- https://www.directv.com/streaming-dtv/3426.

Not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong -- is there a more updated version that VideoGuard 13.0?  Any advice for how to get this up and running?

I'm on a MacBook Pro, Late 2020 model M1 Chip.  I'm running Safari and Brave browsers trying to get this to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
