Videos won't load
The videos will not load. They all start fine and all hang forever at 85%. I tried three different shows, and they all hung at 85%. I was using Chrome. The player wont work at all on Firefox. It tells me to install the play, I do but when I try to play on Firefox it just tells me to install again. My internet connection is fine at 46.0 Mbps download and 11.3 Mbps upload. So disappointing. This is part of the service for which we pay premium cost. You should be able to do better. The forums are full of people with problems with your player. You should have a troubleshooting app for it.

‘We’ don’t need to do anything. This is a public forum full of customers just like you. That player always had issues, I hear about this complaint every week or so like you say. Do you have cookies disabled, ad-blockers, or any similar website antivirus programs? If you’ve verified everything, your best bet is going to the channel’s specific website and logging in with DIRECTV as your TV Provider. With this, you’ll be able to stream both live TV and on-demand from the channel’s website. Do be aware that you can’t record anything this way and it won’t work on ALL channels, just the majority that have TV EVERYWHERE functionality.
