why can't i watch tv on my PC?
i go online with PC to my account and select Watch Now but when i select a show the download goes to 85% and stops.

What PC are you using and what web browser? Are there any error codes? You may try going to the actual live TV channel’s website and using the TV provider login feature. Sign in with your DIRECTV credentials and you should be able to access live TV and on-demand on their website.
Also, does this issue happen on all channels with DIRECTV’s website or only some? Have you tried reinstalling the Video Guard player?
