my issue is that using the app on my roku tv has different channels than on  my fire tv

If I am understanding correctly. I should be able to view all the channels that are listed when I click on the link Mario provided and that I am subscribed to?

No. As stated by Mario, copyright restrictions prevent you from watching certain channels in the app. Additionally, some of them don’t have the TV EVERYWHERE functionality so hence are not able to be streamed.

I didn’t originally understand your question. Yes, the channels shown on the website are completely stream able on the app. However, not ALL of the channels you get with the DIRECTV satellite receiver are available to stream. That was the point I was trying to make. 

With the exception of the Disney Channels, Nickelodeon Channels, my local channels and a few of the Spanish language channels. I am not able to stream any of those channels...I can watch them on my TV but not on my computer or phone?

Try reinstalling the app and logging back in. If that doesn’t fix the issue, there’s not much else you can do. You can try downloading the channel’s individual app and logging in with TV PROVIDER AND DIRECTV SATELLITE. 

Local channels like what?

so on my roku tv using the app i can watch my local fox/cw station etc...

On my fire tvs I can not watch those channels, they dont appear when you click the guide for streamable channels. 

I didnt expect to be able to see STicket on the app though that would have been nice since I am home and not outside the house..

On my Fire Stick I get my local abc/cbs/nbc and pbs stations. I don't get ESPN/Fox Sports/AMC/TLC  a bunch of other channels. I spoke to Directv about a month ago and they said they were aware of the issue and were working towards a fix?? No fix yet, though.
