Your DVR Playlist is currently unavailable out of home but I'm home

TRY using your remote -instead of a tablet or  a phone --you could also look at the location settings of your phone and tablet as well 

Try a red button reset on the Genie.

To clarify, I’m trying to watch my playlist on my iPad. My remote has nothing to do with it and I have reset my receiver.
