Can I download shows/movies/events to watch offline?
Can I download shows/movies/events to watch offline? I can't find anything on the website about this. If so, what are the limits (number of downloads or hour, when/if they expire, number of devices, etc.)?

No. You cannot download DirecTV Stream recordings.

Thanks for your prompt reply! However, the "DIRECTVhelp" Twitter account just told me I CAN download DVR recordings.
Do you have a link to an official page about this?
(I really wish they didn't call it "DirecTV STREAM". Makes searching for info on it nearly impossible.) :(

I took a look at the Twitter reply and the link they shared on Twitter with you @streamteam7 is for the Satellite product (https://www.directv.com/support/satellite/article/KM1001560). Over there, yes, you can "Download & Go". But on STREAM you cannot.

What do you mean "over there"? Your new streaming system seems to have messed up my sattelite account. I paid for "dial of destiny" and system no longer lets me view on my satellite system. Happy to provide me an inferior streaming version. WHy do you think I pay all this money ....to watch inferior copies on my phone?
