Can't record some programs

What devices are you using to stream? Have you tried recording on any other devices? Like a computer or tablet.  Is this happening only with these shows or other shows?

All we have is the box for Directv Streaming.  This allows us to record a number of shows but not others, something we can’t figure out why.

Why can some networks be recorded and not others?  It seems unreasonable that some shows could be watched yet not recorded.

We can tape news programs on NBC but can't tape Chicago Med, Fire and PD programs, which are also on NBC

We haven’t looked at other channels yet.  Thanks for taking the time to respond!

I'm having the same issue on multiple channels and programs.

I just waited on "chat" for 30 minutes, but I believe they fixed the issue.
