DAY 4 - Roku Remote Down Arrow - PLEASE FIX
It's been 4 Days since DirecTV pushed a broken roku app rendering our subscriptions almost unusable immediately prior to a busy sports weekend. It is now very difficult to get to the guide without accidentally exiting the app (and requires 3 button pushes). In addition, there is no way to exit the guide returning to live TV.
- If this behavior is not intended, why not revert to the previous working versions while they fix so we can at least watch TV.
- Why push an updated that contains major navigation changes on a Friday? Why not include a tutorial on how to navigate?
There has been NO RESPONSE from direcTV in our other thread HERE... Some people have reported getting responses on twitter/X stating that they are "working on a fix but it won't be quick so use other devices to stream".
