Direct TV Stream on Xbox
I’m aware that Direct TV Stream is not compatible with an Xbox app. I really do not want to have to invest in another streaming device and it is extremely inconvenient that there is not an app for Xbox.
1. Are there plans to create an Xbox app?
2. If so, what is the current expected ETA of the app?

Directv Stream box is Android tv platform and has google play store where you can download apps. So you can also streamline other devices that way too.

We all will know the answer when you do. This is a public forum of other customers. And even customer service agents don't get informed of what is in development, only what is currently available (or in some cases what is about to release as they might get short notice to prepare for an influx of questions).

There was a rumor some years ago (somewhat supported by AT&T at the time) that an Xbox version of the app was being developed. That obviously didn't happen, and no other supported devices have been added since. AT&T didn't seem to be interested in spending money on enhancing the service, which was sort of a sideline for the company. Now that it a core piece of a company dedicated to video service, perhaps that will change, But as @Juniper indicates, they don't announce things until they actually happen - things didn't go well the few times they did in the past.
